The JG Score application is a sports community service platform provided by Xiamen Jingcai Zhisheng Sports Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingcai Zhisheng Company") for fans to communicate and interact. Jingcai Zhisheng Company respects and protects the privacy of users. 1.1 When you register for JG Score services, we will collect your nickname, profile picture, and phone number. This information is collected to help you complete user registration and protect your account security. Phone numbers are considered sensitive information, collected to comply with the real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to provide additional information such as gender and region based on your needs.

1.2 When you apply to become a contracted author with us and earn income from your posts, we will share the revenue with you and process withdrawal requests as per the author’s requirements. We will collect your name, ID number or other legal identification document numbers, bank card type and card number, validity period, and the phone number reserved with the bank. To ensure compliance and user convenience, we will also collect your transaction orders and payment records for your reference. This information is sensitive, and refusing to provide it will only prevent you from using the withdrawal feature but will not affect your normal use of other JG Score features.

1.3 When you use the interoperability feature between this product and other software or hardware, the providers of the other software or hardware may access relevant information you actively disclose or transmit through this product, with your consent. You should fully understand the functionality and information protection policies of the other software or hardware before choosing to use them.

1.4 When you use JG Score's personal settings feature, the name, profile picture, gender, region, introduction, cover photo, and verification information you set, as well as the images, texts, locations, links, comments, interactions, and message notifications related to you, will be collected. You can modify your account’s name, profile picture, gender, and introduction, or delete posts and images you have published. Location information is considered sensitive. You can choose to grant or withdraw location authorization in your phone's operating system. If you do not agree or withdraw the authorization, location-related features may not work, but it will not affect your use of other features. Unless required by laws or regulations or as chosen by you, we will not disclose this information.

1.5 When you use the posting feature, to comply with the real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations, you need to complete real-name authentication. The specific materials required for real-name authentication are referenced in section 1.1.

1.6 When you use the image upload feature, such as uploading a profile picture or attaching images or videos to posts, we need access to your album or camera functionality to enable the photo upload and selection features. This collection is necessary to implement these functionalities.

1.7 When you use image download and video caching features, you can choose whether to authorize us to access your phone’s storage permission to reduce your memory usage and image caching time. Refusing to grant storage permission will only prevent you from using the image download and caching features but will not affect your normal use of other JG Score features.

1.8 According to relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:

1.8.1 When it is related to the performance of legal obligations by the personal information controller;

1.8.2 When it is directly related to national security or defense security;

1.8.3 When it is directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;

Phone Number: If you need to use JG Score services, we need to retain your phone number to ensure normal use. Once you cancel your account, we will delete the corresponding information.

Posting and Profile Information: When you post or update your personal introduction, we need to retain this information to ensure normal use of the posting and personal profile features. If you delete this information, we will delete the corresponding data.

If our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time period. (Anonymization refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization is not considered personal information.)

To ensure service security and help us better understand the operational status of our applications, we may record information such as the frequency of your use of the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. 4.3 Clipboard-Based Extended Features:

When you copy text information (such as SMS verification codes, chat content, etc.) or share or receive shared information, your clipboard function may be invoked to implement these features. Clipboard information will only be processed locally on your device, and we will not store your clipboard information for any other purposes.

Some mobile device systems may prompt that the app is reading the clipboard, but these system prompts cannot distinguish between local processing and uploads, and there may be false positives due to statistical differences. 4.4 Through the JG Score application, we may access the system’s software installation list to invoke other applications. For example, we may invoke WeChat to enable users to quickly add our WeChat customer service account, helping users resolve issues more efficiently.

JG Score integrates certain third-party services from Google to enhance your user experience and service quality. These services include:

8.1 Google Pay: When you use the recharge service, payment can only be completed via Google Pay. During this process, we will share your personal information with Google Pay, including but not limited to account name, avatar, and red coin balance.

8.2 Google+ Login: When you need to register a JG Score account, you can use your Google account for registration. During this process, we will share personal information with Google+, including but not limited to Google account, JG Score account, and bound phone number.

8.3 Firebase: When you use our product's push service, Firebase is used by default. During this process, we will share your device information with Firebase, including but not limited to device model, IP address, unique device identifier, and operating system.

8.4: The services provided by the relevant access parties are operated by them. The use of third-party social media or other services (including any information you provide) is subject to the service terms and privacy statements of the third parties, not this policy. You should carefully read their terms. This policy only applies to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any services or information practices of third-party providers.
